Keep Arizona Going – Shop Local

03/27/2020

As we face uncertainty of the current moment, one thing for sure is that we’re all in this together.  Even though our everyday lives are looking different now, we need to help and support local more than ever.   Here are some great local places to grab take out or shop online:

The Parlor

Love their pizza and did you know they sell their dough? A lot of pizza places do.  Pick up their dough, some sides and their dessert and make pizza at home with the family.

Bertha’s

Do you know they sell all their baked good half off after 1:30?!  It’s their happy hour.   I’ve had almost all of their pastries and they are amazing!

Los Taquitos

They are open for pick up.  I know the Bar next door has their tables outside and I see people sitting out there eating their tacos.

Tarbell’s

I saw on their Instagram they are offering wine delivery!! We are saved!!

Manor

They offer really cool sneakers and cool kids looks.  Love this store.

Bunky

This great boutique carries a lot of local artists and designers.  When you support them, you are supporting Arizona.

The Vintage Arcadia

A brand new local home store and restaurant (Chestnut’s new home). When this virus passes, this will be the new Arcadia hangout for mom’s, kids and families.

Support doesn’t have to be financial; you can write them a great review, engage on their social media or share with a friend who might like their service/product.

My store is open these days, however, I don’t want to risk anyone’s heath and here are 3 things I’m doing to help keep myself and clients safe:

  1.  I’m scheduling appointments at your home.  Call or email to schedule an appointment.

  2. I’m offering 30% off all in-store merchandise and offer complimentary drop off service (if you live within 15 miles of my shop).

  3. I’m cleaning all surfaces regularly and keep the door open – literally open so you don’t have to open it.

I have a couple clients and friends who were laid off recently.  If you are hiring or know a company who is, please let me know.  I’ll gather a list and share on my next email.   Their experience ranges in:

  1. Security Engineer
  2. Analyst
  3. Sales
