I met Kirk at a networking event and appreciated his knowledge and love of the game. I knew I had to interview him for this style series. You all have him to thank for me carrying Greyson Clothiers. He told me all about the brand many years ago and I’m so glad he did.

Kirk started golfing at age 12 when he got his first set of clubs for Christmas. He played in high school and worked in the golf business in college. He would golf a ton with his dad when he was a kid and learned to play from a friend who played a ton because he was a member of a club. Kirk played with him a lot and developed a real skill and love for the game.

What do you usually wear when you golf?

KM: I almost always golf in a polo and shorts unless its winter months then I wear pants.
I’m a big fan of Bonobos almost exclusively. For shirts, I love Greyson Clothiers, Taylor Jordan and Peter Millar.

For shorts , I love to wear Toes on the Nose – it’s my favorite surf shop in laguna beach. I also like Peter Millar, G/Fore and Taylor Jordan shorts.

My shirt is 99.9% tucked in. I always wear lots of colors from solids to patterns and they always match my shoes.
