It’s been about 10 months since I’ve opened my shop and It’s going well.  Thank you to everyone for your support.  Besides making clothes, I have been helping a lot of my clients with alterations.  At times, my clients don’t want to do the work and ask where he/she can donate the clothing.  I found a great nonprofit that can use the clothes. They are “Tailor Made for Success”.  They are located in South Phoenix and help men get clothes to wear to job interviews.  I went to visit this past Tuesday to see what they are about.  I brought a bunch of clothes I collected from clients (already) and helped a gentleman there find a suit for his interview with Cigna.  He had this biggest smile on his face and never had a suit before.  It was amazing and I knew he appreciated the donations.  I almost wanted to cry.

After speaking with the team and learning more about what they do, I am excited to announce I’m partnering with them to collect donations for these men who need clothes to wear to job interview. When they get the job, these men can go back and get a couple more outfits for their new job.

I’m collecting donations today, tomorrow, next month, year, etc to help this organization dress under privileged men who need clothes and are trying to get back on their feet.  They are looking for shoes, suits, ties, shirts, jeans, polo shirts, belts, socks, (unused) underwear, cuff links, etc.  As you are going through your closet and find things you don’t wear, please bring to my store.  When you drop off any donations, I’ll give you 20% off you next clothing purchase.   They are always in need of small sizes and larger sizes.  These are always hard to find for them.

Dress for Success is right next door and they help women find clothes for job interviews.  I am also collecting women’s clothing for the ladies who need outfits for job interviews.

Please share with your friends, coworkers, clients, etc.

If you have any questions, feel free to call me or email.  I’m excited to help local men and women in our community who need jobs.  We all know how important it is to look professional for a job interview.  Let’s help these men and women feel good about themselves and make the right first impression.
